Taylor Rose is seeking a driven Commercial Property Solicitor to join our premier, national real estate division based at our main Peterborough headquarters. Delivering on our trademark 'Smart Modern Law' philosophy, you will manage a premium, high-value caseload—encompassing national commercial acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and secured lending—backed by industry-leading corporate infrastructure and a progressive hybrid working model.

This role involves but is not limited to:
- Sales and acquisitions of commercial property.
- Investment and trading property acquisitions.
- Preparing documentation such as contracts to finalise transactions.
- Commercial leases.
- Ex landlord and tenant matters.
- Refinancing next development matters.
- Conduct of matter on behalf of clients.
- Management of support services, including supervision of Trainees and Assistants.
- Dealing with any queries raised by clients on particular matters.

Requirements:
- Legal qualification.
- Able to demonstrate specialist knowledge of Commercial property law.
- Ability to provide a commercial approach in order to deliver economic solutions.
- Must be proactive and take initiative.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong technical and research skills.
- Flexible attitude towards working practises and the ability to adapt.
- Must be approachable and responsive to both colleagues and clients.
- Must be professional and courteous in all dealings.
