Rural Property Solicitor
Dundee | Hybrid Working
Are you a Rural Property Solicitor looking to work with landowners, farming businesses and rural enterprises across Scotland? This is an excellent opportunity to join an established rural team in Dundee, advising on a broad range of property and land matters.
You'll work closely with clients operating within the agricultural and rural sectors, helping them navigate transactions and strategic land management decisions.

The role
- Advising on rural property sales and acquisitions
- Handling agricultural tenancies and farming-related transactions
- Assisting with estate and land management matters
- Advising landowners and rural businesses on property issues
- Supporting clients with development and diversification projects
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
About you
- 5+ years' PQE in rural property or commercial property
- Experience handling property transactions independently
- Interest in agriculture, estates and rural business matters
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial and pragmatic approach to client advice
