Solicitor
Senior Solicitor or Associate – Employment Law
Location: Glasgow (hybrid) Hours: 35 hours, Monday to Friday
We are seeking a confident and organised solicitor with 2–5 years’ post-qualifying experience (PQE) in employment law to join our dynamic Employment Law team—an exciting career development opportunity in a growing firm where no two days are ever the same.
Key Responsibilities
This role will entail:
- Advising clients on a broad spectrum of employment law matters, including:
- Workplace disputes
- Restructuring and redundancy
- Transfers of Undertakings (TUPE)
- Drafting employment documentation
- Tribunal proceedings
- Client training sessions
- Demonstrating sound employment law expertise and strong communication skills
- Managing client expectations, evaluating risk, meeting financial targets, and adhering to deadlines
- Collaborating closely with partners, the wider Employment team, and attending business development/client relationship initiatives
