Employment Solicitor (1-3+ PQE) | Legal 500 Firm | West-London | Excellent benefits including hybrid working and reduced targets

A well-established law firm with a history spanning more than 100 years is looking to strengthen its Employment team.

With a strong presence across West London, Surrey and Middlesex, the firm has built its reputation on providing high-quality legal advice, excellent client service and a personal approach. The Role:

An opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor (1–3+ PQE) to join a respected and growing team.

The role will involve advising both employers and employees on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:

  • Restrictive covenants
  • Unfair dismissal
  • Discrimination
  • Redundancy
  • Whistleblowing
  • TUPE
  • Settlement agreements

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload, provide commercially focused advice, maintain strong client relationships and contribute to the continued success of the department.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Employment Solicitor with 1–3 years' PQE or equivalent experience. You will have strong knowledge of employment law, excellent client care skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload independently. Experience advising on settlement agreements and wider employment matters is essential. The firm is looking for someone commercially aware, proactive and keen to make a long-term contribution to the team.
