Role: Experienced Solicitor (5+ PQE) – Bromley
We are seeking an experienced Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE to join our team in Bromley, initially on a consultancy or temporary-to-permanent basis, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

The role is ideal for a confident litigation solicitor who thrives working independently, managing a busy caseload, and supervising three paralegals.
Mandatory Experience
- Strong litigation experience, including:
- Housing law
- Legal aid work
- Property matters
- Civil litigation
- Experience in managing or supervising paralegals/junior staff
- Capability to run files independently with minimal supervision
Principal Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload across housing, property, legal aid, and civil litigation matters
- Handle contentious matters from initial instruction through to conclusion
- Draft pleadings, witness statements, letters before action, and court documents
- Oversee court deadlines, directions, evidence, and case strategy
- Supervise three paralegals, allocating work efficiently and reviewing files
- Maintain strong client care, compliance, and file management standards

Contract & Remuneration
- Initially consultancy-focused, with a pathway to permanent status
