A Self-Employed Pathway for Property Law Solicitors
Could you earn more than a partner without the politics, pressure, or practice overheads?
Our opportunity is tailored for property law solicitors in Manchester looking for a supported path to self-employment — without the risk of starting alone.
This isn’t simply going independent. Instead, we connect you with a specialist network that provides:
- Pre-qualified healthcare clients
- Infrastructure, systems, and full support to build a sustainable practice
Here’s what you gain:
- A structured entry into self-employment
- Access to proven client demand
- A system to steadily expand your independence
Practice Area Focus
Wills and Estate Planning Law.
This role is ideal for lawyers who serve medical professionals, including:
- Doctors
- Medical practices
- Healthcare businesses
If your expertise aligns with this client base, you’ll secure immediate relevant workload while growing your own practice.
Who Should Apply?
We’re targeting solicitors who fit one—or both—of these categories:
- With practice areas for healthcare clients (e.g., conveyancing, medical buy-to-lets, elderly care legal needs).
- With an established client network seeking better economics, flexibility, and support.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
