Solicitor | Personal Injury | NQ – 2 Years' PQE
Glasgow City Centre | Hybrid Working
A specialist personal injury team based in Glasgow city centre is looking to recruit an NQ to 2 years' PQE Solicitor to join them. This is a genuine opportunity for an early-career Scottish-qualified Solicitor to build litigation experience, develop technical skills and take real ownership of files from the outset.
The role is particularly well-suited to someone emerging from a personal injury traineeship in Scotland, or at an early post-qualification stage, who is ready to progress in a supportive and structured environment.

The role
You'll manage your own caseload of personal injury claims spanning employers' liability, public liability and clinical negligence matters, progressing cases from initial instruction through to resolution.
Working closely with senior members of the team, you'll gain broad exposure to procedural and technical issues across a range of PI claims while maintaining a high standard of client service throughout.
About you
This role would suit a Personal Injury Solicitor who:
- Is qualified in Scotland at NQ to 2 years' PQE
- Has personal injury experience gained through traineeship or post-qualification practice
- Is keen to develop confidence managing their own caseload
- Communicates clearly and professionally with clients
- Is organised, proactive and commercially aware
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a close-knit team
