Solicitor | Personal Injury | NQ – 2 Years' PQE

Glasgow City Centre | Hybrid Working

A specialist personal injury team based in Glasgow city centre is looking to recruit an NQ to 2 years' PQE Solicitor to join them. This is a genuine opportunity for an early-career Scottish-qualified Solicitor to build litigation experience, develop technical skills and take real ownership of files from the outset.

The role is particularly well-suited to someone emerging from a personal injury traineeship in Scotland, or at an early post-qualification stage, who is ready to progress in a supportive and structured environment.

What's on offer?

  • Varied personal injury caseload across EL, PL and clinical negligence
  • Early responsibility with mentoring and guidance from experienced colleagues
  • Hybrid working arrangements
  • Structured training and development support
  • Clear progression pathway as your experience grows

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
