Solicitor - Childcare

Location: Birmingham
Description
Do you want to use your expertise to support parents through vital public law children matters?
You’ll represent parents in care and supervision proceedings, managing a varied caseload with strong client care. You’ll join our respected Childcare Team across Birmingham and Wolverhampton, working collaboratively to deliver impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent parents in public law children cases.
- Manage a busy, varied caseload.
- Undertake advocacy with support.
- Work collaboratively across offices.
- Contribute to team development.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEx with litigation rights.
- Experience in public law children work.
- Strong client care and teamwork skills.
- Able to manage a busy caseload.
- Advocacy experience desirable.
