Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ years PQE)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our growing and high-performing Commercial Litigation Department (apology: the original description contained conflicting openings; clarified below as a merger).
About the Team & Role
You’ll be an experienced solicitor with 3+ years PQE. Our Commercial Litigation & Property Department specialises in:
- Contentious probate
- Debt and contract claims
- Landlord/tenant disputes
- Property issues
- Civil litigation (general)

Core Responsibilities
Providing high-quality client service, including:
- Interviewing clients to gather instructions
- Advising and managing litigation strategies for a broad range of commercial disputes
- Issuing and responding to proceedings, including:
- Debt, contract, and commercial disputes
- Landlord/tenant litigation
- Property-specific issues
Daily Tasks:
- Taking detailed client instructions
- Advising clients and reporting progress proactively
- Maintaining detailed files and records
- Resolving client queries efficiently (in-person or telephone)
- Complying strictly with firm-wide quality standards and team processes
