About the Role

Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ years PQE)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our growing and high-performing Commercial Litigation Department (apology: the original description contained conflicting openings; clarified below as a merger).

About the Team & Role

You’ll be an experienced solicitor with 3+ years PQE. Our Commercial Litigation & Property Department specialises in:

  • Contentious probate
  • Debt and contract claims
  • Landlord/tenant disputes
  • Property issues
  • Civil litigation (general)

Core Responsibilities

Providing high-quality client service, including:

  • Interviewing clients to gather instructions
  • Advising and managing litigation strategies for a broad range of commercial disputes
  • Issuing and responding to proceedings, including:
    • Debt, contract, and commercial disputes
    • Landlord/tenant litigation
    • Property-specific issues

Daily Tasks:

  • Taking detailed client instructions
  • Advising clients and reporting progress proactively
  • Maintaining detailed files and records
  • Resolving client queries efficiently (in-person or telephone)
  • Complying strictly with firm-wide quality standards and team processes
