About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Solicitor (2–4 years' PQE) to join a well-established and growing law firm with offices in Bromley and Central London. Working within a highly regarded Commercial Litigation and Credit Solutions team, you will advise a diverse portfolio of clients including commercial organisations, public sector bodies and SMEs. This is a varied role offering exposure to commercial litigation, debt recovery, insolvency proceedings and specialist creditor matters. Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation and debt recovery matters.
- Advising clients on litigation strategy and prospects of success.
- Conducting Part 7 and Part 8 proceedings.
- Handling insolvency-related matters for a range of commercial clients.
- Managing creditor recovery matters from instruction through to enforcement.
- Assisting with creditor probate matters, including applications for Grants of Representation and estate administration where required.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering commercially focused legal advice.
- Working collaboratively within a busy and growing litigation team.
About You
To be considered, you will have:
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 2–4 years' PQE.
- Strong experience in commercial litigation and debt recovery.
- Excellent knowledge of civil litigation procedures and current legislation.
- Experience handling Part 7 and Part 8 proceedings.
- Insolvency experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication, drafting and organisational skills.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with the ambition to continue developing your career.
