Key Responsibilities
Our dynamic, diverse and hard-working Credit Solutions Team is looking for an enthusiastic, driven and committed individual to join them. The team acts for a number of major utility suppliers, government bodies, financial and commercial businesses and insolvency practitioners. This role will include providing a broad range of services from advising on the merits of litigation at early stages to acting for the clients in Part 7 and Part 8 proceedings and Insolvency actions.
In this role you will be providing a broad range of services from advising on the merits of debt recovery at early stages to acting for the clients in Part 7 and Part 8 proceedings and various insolvency actions. You will also be required to work on some non-contentious probate type matters, seeking grants on behalf of creditors and dealing with the administration of estates.

This opportunity is ideal for a solicitor with a strong and broad-spectrum commercial litigation background who has a willingness to get stuck into learning niche areas and nuances of the specific industries and environments that our clients work within. The role is also well suited for someone ambitious who is looking to develop their reputation and career working within a fast-paced environment and a team growing in size and stature.
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
- You are a solicitor or legal executive with 2-4 years’ PQE
- You must have expert, up to date knowledge of general debt recovery litigation processes, procedures and legislation.
