Role: Commercial Property Solicitor x2

Salary: Dependant on experience

Working Arrangement: Agile/Hybrid working

Office Base: Wigan, WN3 5BA

Hours: 35 hours per week

We are looking for two experienced (3+ years PQE & 1+ years PQE) Commercial Property Solicitors to join our established Commercial Property department. You will be working alongside our team of expert partners and solicitors, on a variety of great quality cases involving, social housing, complex developments, transactional work, business leases and lease renewals, acquisitions and disposals of commercial property. You will be advising and assisting clients, running your own varied caseload and assisting with senior fee earners with more complex cases.

About You:

We’d be happy to chat with you if you have experience of running a commercial property caseload and have a minimum of 1 - 3 years PQE. Having your own following would also be welcome! You will have great attention to detail, thrive on a challenge and are client-focused.
