About the Role
We are recruiting a talented individual to join our first-class Court of Protection team.
We seek candidates with experience in:
- Drafting applications for the appointment of deputies (property & affairs)
- Handling statutory will applications, gift and care applications, and annual OPG accounts
- Familiarity with Mental Capacity Act 2005 and property acquisitions
Key responsibilities also include:
- Delegating tasks to paralegals and support staff
- Contributing to marketing efforts and media commentary (blogs, articles)
- Producing complex documents, briefs, and witness statements
- Leading client meetings and managing negotiations
