Nixon McQuade are working with a leading international law firm that is seeking a 1-3 PQE Solicitor to join its Cyber, Data Privacy & Technology team in Belfast.
The Role
- Advising clients on cyber security, data privacy, and digital regulation matters.
- Supporting organisations through cyber incidents and regulatory investigations.
- Providing advice on UK GDPR, data protection compliance, and emerging technology regulation.
- Assisting with technology disputes and drafting commercial and data protection agreements.
- Working closely with clients and colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.
- Managing matters, developing client relationships, and supporting business development.
- Supervising junior team members where appropriate.

The Person
- 1β3 years' PQE with experience in cyber, data privacy, technology, regulatory, or commercial litigation matters.
- Strong knowledge of UK GDPR and data protection legislation.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and client management skills.
- Commercially minded with an interest in technology and digital regulation.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a collaborative team.
