🏒 International Law Firm

Nixon McQuade are working with a leading international law firm that is seeking a 1-3 PQE Solicitor to join its Cyber, Data Privacy & Technology team in Belfast.

The Role

  • Advising clients on cyber security, data privacy, and digital regulation matters.
  • Supporting organisations through cyber incidents and regulatory investigations.
  • Providing advice on UK GDPR, data protection compliance, and emerging technology regulation.
  • Assisting with technology disputes and drafting commercial and data protection agreements.
  • Working closely with clients and colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Managing matters, developing client relationships, and supporting business development.
  • Supervising junior team members where appropriate.

The Person

  • 1–3 years' PQE with experience in cyber, data privacy, technology, regulatory, or commercial litigation matters.
  • Strong knowledge of UK GDPR and data protection legislation.
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and client management skills.
  • Commercially minded with an interest in technology and digital regulation.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a collaborative team.
