The role
As a Family Solicitor in Aberdeen, you’ll advise clients across a range of private family law matters while delivering practical and compassionate guidance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising on separation and divorce matters
- Assisting clients with financial provision and asset division issues
- Managing child-related matters where appropriate
- Supporting clients through sensitive and often complex situations
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider family law team
- Delivering commercially focused and practical legal advice
About you
This role would suit a Family Solicitor who:
- Has experience in family law
- Is confident managing a varied caseload
- Has experience advising on divorce, separation and financial matters
- Demonstrates excellent communication and client care skills
- Can work independently while contributing to a wider team
- Is empathetic, organised and solutions-focused
- Takes a proactive approach to client service and business development
