Solicitor

What if you could earn more than a partner — without the politics, pressure, or practice overheads?

Wouldn’t you like to explore a self-employment opportunity tailored for family law solicitors in Birmingham? This isn’t just freelancing — it’s a structured pathway with a specialist network, full support, and immediate access to pre-qualified clients in the healthcare sector.

Why this opportunity is unique?

By joining, you’ll get:

  • Supported self-employment with infrastructure, systems, and ongoing guidance
  • Immediate access to clients whose needs align with your expertise
  • A scalable, sustainable practice that grows on your terms

Focus Areas

This programme is ideal for family law specialists whose skills intersect with healthcare professionals, including:

  • Doctors
  • Medical practices
  • Healthcare businesses

If you have the right expertise, this opportunity combines inherent work with flexibility to build your own client base over time.

Who is this opportunity for?

We’d like to connect with family law solicitors who fit either (or both) of these profiles:

  • Practice-specialised for healthcare: You offer legal advice tailored to medical professionals (e.g., family law matters involving doctors, practice employees, or trusts linked to healthcare).
  • Client-focused: You already have a client base looking for better economics, flexibility, or support than your current practice provides.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
