Private Client Solicitor / NQ-1 PQE / Starting from £30,000
A well-established regional law firm is looking to appoint a Private Client NQ to join its friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Wills, Probate and Estate Administration who enjoys working closely with clients and their families.

The Role
- Manage your own caseload of private client matters from instruction through to completion.
- Advise clients on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate, Estate Administration and Court of Protection matters.
- Draft Wills, LPAs and other private client documentation.
- Prepare and submit Probate Registry applications.

What We're Looking For
- Experience handling Wills, LPAs and Estate Administration matters.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Proficient IT skills and experience using case management systems.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to develop professionally.
- An interest in working towards STEP qualification would be advantageous.
