Solicitor (Newly Qualified)

Newly Qualified Solicitor – Commercial Property – Manchester

The Role & Team

We are seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join our Manchester office in a highly regarded commercial property team. This is an fantastic opportunity to build your career working with industry-leading clients, including investors, developers, and asset managers.

As a member of our team, you’ll gain hands-on experience across a diverse and high-calibre caseload with:

Key Responsibilities

Core Duties

  • Managing a busy caseload of commercial property matters
  • Drafting and negotiating leases, licences, and property management documents
  • Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, and investment property transactions
  • Providing landlord and tenant representation
  • Handling asset management (e.g., renewals, rent reviews, and regears)
  • Supporting transactions, liaising with clients, agents, and third parties
  • Contributing to business development and client relationship management

About You

Essential Requirements

  • Newly Qualified Solicitor (or due to qualify shortly) with commercial property training experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of real estate law, particularly landlord and tenant issues
  • Commercial acumen with a proactive, client-focused approach
  • Exceptional communication and drafting skills
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a collaborative team
  • Driven, ambitious, and eager to grow within investment and property management
