Newly Qualified Solicitor – Commercial Property – Manchester
The Role & Team
We are seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join our Manchester office in a highly regarded commercial property team. This is an fantastic opportunity to build your career working with industry-leading clients, including investors, developers, and asset managers.

Key Responsibilities
Core Duties
- Managing a busy caseload of commercial property matters
- Drafting and negotiating leases, licences, and property management documents
- Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, and investment property transactions
- Providing landlord and tenant representation
- Handling asset management (e.g., renewals, rent reviews, and regears)
- Supporting transactions, liaising with clients, agents, and third parties
- Contributing to business development and client relationship management
About You
Essential Requirements
- Newly Qualified Solicitor (or due to qualify shortly) with commercial property training experience
- Strong technical knowledge of real estate law, particularly landlord and tenant issues
- Commercial acumen with a proactive, client-focused approach
- Exceptional communication and drafting skills
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a collaborative team
- Driven, ambitious, and eager to grow within investment and property management
