Lex Exec is supporting an excellent opportunity for a Non-Contentious Construction Associate or Senior Associate to join a highly regarded London construction practice.
This role offers the chance to work on a broad range of sophisticated non-contentious construction matters with a strong emphasis on complex real estate development projects and premium quality client work.
The successful candidate will join a well-established and collaborative team advising on high-value developments, major real estate transactions and strategically important construction projects across a range of sectors.
The Opportunity
You will advise on a wide variety of non-contentious construction matters including:
Construction aspects of large-scale development projects Development agreements and construction documentation Real estate-led transactional support Consultant appointments and collateral warranties Procurement and project structuring matters Negotiation of bespoke construction contracts

The Ideal Candidate
You are likely to have: 2-6 years PQE Strong non-contentious construction experience gained within a respected London or national firm Experience advising on development and real estate-led construction matters Excellent technical drafting skills Strong commercial awareness A collaborative and proactive approach
