You’ll have over 4 years post qualified experience and looking for a fresh challenge. You will be positive, professional, have a client focused approach and a great team player.
About The Team You Will Be Joining
Our Estate Administration department specialises in providing advice and assistance to clients in the areas of probate and trust administration. We link up where required with other specialist departments in the firm in an open and welcoming environment, which encourages teamwork and co-operation.
We have a partner led approach on all matters, providing a flexible team structure which helps to develop junior members of the team and allocation of work to the right level.

What will I be doing?
You will be responsible for providing a high-quality service to clients, advising on a range of estate administration matters including: wills, probate, deputyships, LPA’s etc.
Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Interviewing clients to take instructions
- Advising clients and discussing plans and progress and keeping them fully informed about their matter
- Providing relevant documents
- Keeping client and matter files in good order and ensuring that all information is recorded thoroughly and accurately
- Dealing with clients’ queries and problems promptly and efficiently, either face-to-face or on the telephone
- Complying with quality standards set and with departmental procedures, when handling all matters
- Supporting the growth of the department by being actively involved with business development
