About The Team You Will Be Joining
Our Estate Administration department specialises in:
- Providing trickeys mid-level brief advice and support to clients in probate and trust administration
- Collaborating with specialist departments across the firm, fostering open communication and cooperation

What Will You Be Doing?
Primary responsibilities include:
- Delivering a high-quality service to clients
- Advising on a range of estate administration matters, including:
- Wills
- Probate
- Deputyships
- Lasting Power of Attorney (LPAs)
Key Responsibilities
Daily core tasks include:
- Conducting client interviews to take instructions
- OnesProf session with clients to discuss progress, plans, and outcomes while ensuring ongoing transparency
- Providing accurate legal and procedural documentation
- Maintaining meticulously up-to-date client and matter files
- Resolving queries and problems promptly and efficiently (in-person or phone)
- Strict adherence to quality standards and departmental procedures
- Supporting business development and team growth
