Private Wealth Solicitor or Legal Executive – Southampton

An established and well-respected regional law firm is seeking a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its specialist Private Wealth team. Your New Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a Private Wealth lawyer to join a dedicated, high-performing team based in the South, with hybrid working arrangements (ideal for candidates near Southampton).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, including:
- Preparation of Wills
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Lifetime planning
- Estate administration
- Work involving trusts
- Guide clients through significant personal decisions with clear, empathetic, and expert advice
- Build deep, trusted client relationships
- Support and mentor junior colleagues, while benefiting from guidance from senior specialists
- Engage in marketing and business development to enhance the team’s professional profile

What You’ll Need to Succeed
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with:
- Prior experience in Private Wealth or Private Client work
- The ability to confidently manage your own caseload
- Strong communication and client-centred skills
- The ability to navigate sensitive conversations with clarity and empathy
- A genuine interest in developing long-term client relationships and contributing to team growth
-An ideal candidate will have 1–4 years of experience, but applications are welcomed from lawyers at any stage in their career.
