Are you a solicitor or barrister who would like to join the busy and dynamic Property Team within Legal Services?
Do you have excellent knowledge and experience of property law and practice, with a proven track record of handling a full and varied caseload? If so, apply now for this Property Solicitor post.
You will be part of an excellent legal team, providing legal advice and conducting case work relating to Property Law. You will also be expected to support and assist fee earners within the team in the preparation and conduct of a full range of routine and complex case work.
We are looking for an experienced solicitor or barrister who:
- Has good knowledge and experience of Property law and practice
- Has the ability to provide prompt and accurate legal advice
- Has the ability to advise, guide and train less experienced staff, instructing departments and county councillors effectively.
- Can undertake a complex caseload with minimum supervision
- Understands the need to engage in a creative and robust interpretation of and application of the law, procedure and other requirements applicable to local authorities and public bodies.
