📍 Birmingham (Hybrid, 2 days in office) | Bristol, Milton Keynes or Leicester also considered

We're looking for two talented Solicitors or Associates (3-8 PQE) to join our growing Residential Development team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile strategic land and residential development projects, advising national and regional housebuilders, landowners, funders and land promoters on complex transactions across the full development lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Advising on strategic land matters, including promotion and option agreements
  • Managing site acquisitions and disposals
  • Supporting large-scale residential development projects
  • Building strong client relationships and providing commercial advice
  • Contributing to business development activity within the team

What We're Looking For

  • 3-8 years' PQE within a Real Estate team
  • Strong Residential Development experience
  • Experience acting for housebuilders on acquisitions and development transactions
  • Strategic Land experience, including promotion and option agreements
  • Ability to manage matters with increasing autonomy
  • Commercial and client-focused approach

About the Team

Our Residential Development team acts for some of the UK's leading housebuilders and development clients. Following significant recent investment and growth, we're continuing to build momentum through new client wins, strong panel appointments and an exciting pipeline of future work.
