Private Client Associate Solicitor | 5+ PQE
Location: Perth | Hybrid & Flexible Working Available
An established private client team in Perth is looking to welcome an experienced Private Client Associate to support continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with a varied client base on a mix of technical, high-value and sensitive matters, while developing your career within a modern and collaborative practice.
You’ll enjoy a good level of autonomy, meaningful client relationships and exposure to complex work, alongside support from knowledgeable colleagues in a specialist environment.

The role
The role will involve advising private individuals across a broad range of matters, including:
- Preparing wills across a wide range of personal and financial circumstances
- Advising on executry estates, including complex and taxable estates
- Inheritance tax planning
- Establishing and administering trusts, with associated trust law and asset protection advice
- Handling complex or sensitive executry and trust matters, including contentious issues
- Powers of Attorney and guardianship applications
About you
This role would suit a Private Client Solicitor / Associate who:
- Has circa 5+ years’ PQE in private client work (flexibility around level)
- Is comfortable running their own caseload
- Enjoys working collaboratively on more complex instructions
- Has a commercial mindset and contributes positively to team performance
- Has an interest in business development and client relationship building
- Communicates confidently with clients from a range of backgrounds
