As part of our continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Fee Earner to join our Private Client or Conveyancing team.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload and deliver high-quality legal services within either:
- Private Client (wills, probate, trusts)
- Residential Conveyancing

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a full caseload independently from instruction to completion
- Advising clients clearly and professionally throughout their matter
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and reports
- Handling client communications and maintaining strong relationships
- Liaising with solicitors, estate agents, lenders, courts, and third parties
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards
- Meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities effectively
- Contributing to the smooth running of the team
About You
Required:
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Legal Executive (or equivalent fee-earning experience)
- Experience in either:
- Private Client (e.g., wills, probate, trusts)
- Residential Conveyancing
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Professional, proactive, and team-oriented approach
