Client & Digital Practice Alpha’s Client & Digital practice partners with leading managers to address their most strategic priorities. These typically relate to client experience, growth, scalability and M&A. Given our unique combination of global scale and industry focus, we are able to provide clients with deep insight and trusted delivery, often leveraging proprietary IP and accelerators. Over the past 12 months, Alpha’s Client & Digital practice has experienced significant growth. We are therefore seeking to selectively bolster our team with individuals who share our passion for using technology to address our industry’s most important challenges. Role Overview In your role, you will have the opportunity to: Work with business and technology stakeholders to understand challenges across Proposition, Sales, Service, Marketing and Product Support the design of solution architectures across the Client domain to help deliver business outcomes Contribute to the implementation of client technology platforms (e.g. CRM, CLM, CDP, CMS, Marketing Automation and Sales Enablement) Help translate business requirements into practical and implementable technology solutions Collaborate with experienced architects, consultants and delivery teams across client engagements Develop hands-on experience with leading vendor platforms and emerging technologies Contribute to the development of reusable assets, accelerators and best practices within the Client & Digital practice Learn from and be mentored by experienced business, data and technology architecture specialists Experience & Skills: The ideal candidate would have 2–4 years of experience within Financial Services (preferably Asset and/or Wealth Management), either within a consultancy, vendor or financial services firm, with exposure to: Supporting the design or implementation of technology solutions across client-facing domains Working with, or gaining exposure to, one or more client technology platforms Gathering business and technical requirements to help shape practical solutions Collaborating effectively with both business and technology stakeholders Contributing to project delivery within cross-functional teams Problem-solving and structuring work in a clear and pragmatic way A strong interest in solution architecture, emerging technologies and digital transformation Personal Attributes Eager to learn and develop architecture and consulting skills Collaborative and curious, with a willingness to learn from others Passionate about technology and innovation within financial services Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outcomes Team-oriented, with a positive and proactive approach Relevant Platforms & Technologies CRM: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics Cloud & Data: Microsoft Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks Marketing & Digital Experience: Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot AI & Automation: Salesforce Agentforce, Microsoft Copilot Studio, n8n Workflow Tooling: Appian, Unqork, Microsoft Power Automate Integration: MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Workato
