Job Title: Solution Architect

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced insurance technology professional to lead the successful delivery of digital insurance transformation programmes using the INSTANDA platform. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience implementing configurable insurance solutions and working closely with business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of INSTANDA-based solutions across multiple insurance products and business lines
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
- Configure and customise the INSTANDA platform to support business objectives and customer journeys
- Manage project activities from discovery and design through deployment, post-production support, and stabilization
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integrations with internal and third-party systems
- Support testing activities, defect resolution, and production releases
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants and implementation teams

Essential Experience
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in technology consulting, software implementation, or project delivery, preferably within the insurance sector
- At least 4 years of practical experience delivering solutions using the INSTANDA platform
- Demonstrated success in leading full implementation programmes from initial requirements gathering through production rollout and hypercare support
- Strong understanding of insurance operating models and policy administration processes
Technical Skills
Candidates should have hands-on experience with the following areas within INSTANDA:
- Designing and configuring insurance products
- Developing customer and broker application journeys
- Building questionnaires and dynamic forms
- Creating pricing models, rating engines, and calculation logic
- Configuring underwriting and eligibility rules
- Managing document templates and automated correspondence
- Implementing workflows and business process automation
- Supporting self-service and portal capabilities

Insurance Domain Knowledge
Applicants should demonstrate a solid understanding of:
- Quotation and policy issuance processes
- Mid-term adjustments and endorsements
- Renewals and policy servicing
- Policy cancellations and reinstatements
- Customer lifecycle management within insurance environments
Additional Requirements
- Experience producing user stories, functional documentation, and solution designs
- Familiarity with RESTful services and enterprise integration patterns
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively within Agile and hybrid delivery environments
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex delivery programmes is highly desirable
