Role Overview
Define and deliver end-to-end solution architecture across Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing).
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, guiding design, integration, and governance.
Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with industry and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design: Create architecture blueprints covering functional, technical, integration, and data domains.
- Fit-Gap Analysis: Align business requirements with platform capabilities, recommend optimal approaches.
- Governance: Maintain architecture standards, conduct design reviews, and ensure risk alignment.
- Delivery Leadership: Lead workshops, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Integration: Work with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

Skills & Qualifications

- 8–10+ years implementing enterprise CRM solutions.
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing).
- Hands-on with Dataverse (data modeling, security frameworks).
- Experience in multi-country rollouts and large-scale implementations.
- Proven ability in pre-sales solutioning (RFIs/RFPs, proposals, estimations).
