Solution Architect for Commercial Insurance Claims Transformation
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the architecture and solution design activities for a major Commercial Insurance Claims transformation programme. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the solution from inception, aligning business objectives with a target technology landscape while ensuring architectural consistency across the project.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture activities for the Claims transformation programme.
- Shape and define solution architecture from the early design phase through delivery.
- Ensure logical consistency and alignment across solution designs and technical delivery.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical leads.
- Provide architectural guidance aligned to Azure cloud technologies and enterprise standards.
- Support Agile delivery practices and Azure DevOps implementation approaches.
- Contribute to AI/LLM-enabled capabilities, particularly around document triage and comprehension.
- Drive best practices across integration, scalability, security, and solution governance.
- Produce clear architecture documentation and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.

Essential Skills

- Knowledge of LLM AI technologies, particularly document triage/comprehension use cases.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to shape and lead architectural direction within complex programmes.

- Strong communicator, both verbal and written.

- Comfortable operating in fast-paced transformation environments.
Experience
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile delivery environments.
- Strong Solution Architecture experience within enterprise transformation programmes.
- Commercial Insurance Claims experience is essential.
- Strong Azure / Cloud architecture experience.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 is required.
