The Role

You’ll drive business transformation through technology, digital solutions, and automation across our airports and group functions. Your mission is to:

  • Define data, process, and system requirements across departments
  • Drive architectural design and oversee the SAP SuccessFactors HCM & Payroll platform
  • Ensure seamless integration between platforms, systems, and stakeholders

Responsibilities

Key Tasks

  • Design & recommend technical solutions per business needs and objectives
  • Guide and influence senior stakeholders in aligning technology strategy with commercial goals
  • Build, maintain, and evolve a tech/solution roadmap
  • Adapt to rapid business, market, and tech changes

Core Experience Required

  • Enterprise technology expertise (cloud-based private/public infrastructure, DevOps, automation, cloud)
  • Technical strategy & architecture experience (using frameworks like TOGAF)
  • HR & Payroll platform knowledge – especially SuccessFactors modules:
    • Employee Central
    • Employee Central Payroll
    • Recruiting
    • Onboarding
    • Performance & Goals
  • Aviation/airport tech sector understanding (desirable)
