Job Description
Are you a forward-thinking Solution Architect with deep expertise in Identity & Access Management? We’re looking for a high-impact technology leader to help shape and deliver next-generation enterprise IAM capabilities across a large-scale transformation programme.
This is a key role for someone who can define secure, scalable, cloud-native identity solutions, provide architectural leadership across multiple workstreams, and partner with business, security, and engineering teams to drive modern IAM outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Define end-to-end architecture for enterprise IAM solutions
- Produce High Level Designs (HLDs) and Low Level Designs (LLDs)
- Design secure identity services across human, agent, and workload identities
- Build architectures for authentication, authorization, federation, API security, and Zero Trust
- Define integration patterns across identity platforms, applications, cloud, and infrastructure
- Design cloud-native solutions for GCP and Kubernetes environments
- Develop event-driven, resilient, and highly available architectures
- Create standards, patterns, ADRs, and governance artefacts
- Support engineering teams through implementation, testing, and production readiness
- Review supplier solutions, identify risks, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture

What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in Enterprise Solution Architecture
- Deep expertise in IAM, authentication, and authorization
- Strong knowledge of OIDC, OAuth2, SAML, SCIM
- Experience with Zero Trust Architecture
- Hands-on understanding of GCP, Kubernetes, and service mesh
- Expertise in API security, workload identity, and agent identity
- Knowledge of OPA/Cedar, Policy-as-Code, PKI, certificates, and secrets management
- Experience designing for resilience, scalability, security, and performance
- Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, complex enterprise environments
