Job Description
Role: Senior Pre-Sales engineer (Customer Solutions Manager, Europe Gaming)
As a subject matter expert, you will bridge IT and business domains, transforming customer needs into strategic solutions.

Core Responsibilities:
- Identify, understand, and define customer needs, objectives, and business requirements through consulting and collaboration.
- Partner with global IT teams and local operations in Europe to deliver optimal IT and cloud infrastructure solutions for Tencent’s Europe Gaming business.
- Offer professional technical advisory and support, including:
- Solution preparation and evaluation
- Proof-of-Concept (POC) initiation
- Demonstrations
- Professional service delivery
- Drive adoption of IT solutions based on business needs and perceived value, ensuring alignment between business feedback and IT departments.
- Act as a key member of the Tencent Europe IT team, facilitating:
- Business demand & IT requirement review meetings
- Creation of high-quality reports on business requirements and IT documentation
- Maintain regular engagement with cross-functional stakeholders (business and IT in HQ and Overseas) to:
- Manage expectations.
- Provide updates on product & project status.
- Enhance IT product and service management processes with a focus on:
- Process optimization
- Automation
- Self-service capabilities
- Supportability improvements
- Defining and delivering quantitative & qualitative, data-driven analytics to assess:
- Product capability adoption
- Customer satisfaction
- Continuous improvements
