Position Detailing
We are looking for a Solution Architect with deep expertise in Telecom OSS to lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for a telecom transformation program. This role will be pivotal in defining architecture and aligning business needs with technology strategies. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Telecom OSS architecture, solution consulting with the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable, cost-effective and innovative workable solutions.

Role Expectations
Architecture & Solution Design:
- Define end-to-end solution architecture across Telecom OSS domains.
- Design systems supporting:
- Lead-to-Cash (CRM, CPQ, Order Management, Billing)
- Service Fulfilment & Service Assurance
- Network Plan & Build systems
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture principles and client architecture guidelines
- Define solution architecture, scope, assumptions, dependencies, and risks by leading architectural discussion with development, component design and product engineering team.
- Develop solution artifacts – HLDs, architecture design documents and diagrams, solution decks etc.
Technology Expertise:
- Expertise in:
- Microservices & API-based architecture
- Event-driven/data-driven systems
- Cloud-native and distributed systems, NaaS (Network as a Service).
Domain & Functional Requirement
- Provide deep expertise in OSS applications, including:
- CRM, Product Catalog, CPQ
- Order & Service Order Management
- Inventory Management
- Billing & Invoicing
- Service Fulfilment & Assurance
- Map telecom services (B2B/B2C) to underlying OSS systems and workflows.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across OSS landscapes.
- Provide architecture governance and design validation during delivery.
- Support teams in resolving complex technical and integration challenges.
- Provide solution options, trade-offs, and recommendations.

Requirement
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 12–18 years of experience in Telecom OSS architecture & solution design.
- Strong expertise in E2E OSS (Lead-to-Cash, Fulfilment, Assurance).
- Experience in microservices, API-led integration, and event-driven architecture.
- Hands-on in architecture design (HLD/LLD), system integration, and data modelling (SID).
- Knowledge of TM Forum frameworks (eTOM, SID, TAM, ODA).
- Good understanding of telecom domain (B2B/B2C) and network technologies (4G/5G, MPLS, etc.).
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
