We have an exciting opportunity for a Solution Architect to join Nomad Foods, working within our Enterprise Architecture function. In this role, you will lead the design of SAP solutions across our global technology landscape, supporting major transformation initiatives including SAP S/4HANA, ERP modernisation, manufacturing integration, planning systems (IBP), and data platforms.

You will act as a trusted partner to both business and technology teams, translating complex requirements into scalable, secure and business‑aligned SAP solutions that drive operational performance across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Commercial and Finance.

This is a highly influential role where you will shape architecture decisions, ensure alignment to enterprise standards, and play a key part in delivering long‑term technology strategy across Nomad Foods.

Responsibilities

  • Provide architectural guidance across major transformation programmes (e.g. S/4HANA, ERP modernisation, MES integration, data platforms)
  • Partner with delivery and programme teams to define solution options, design trade‑offs and implementation approaches
  • Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, supportable and aligned to long‑term architecture roadmaps
  • Lead solution governance, including participation in architecture forums, design authorities and review boards
  • Identify cross‑domain dependencies, risks and impacts across SAP and non‑SAP systems, driving mitigation strategies
  • Shape and assure data, integration and API design across SAP and wider enterprise/OT systems
  • Work closely with vendors and partners (e.g. SAP, system integrators, Microsoft) to ensure aligned solution delivery
  • Develop and maintain architecture artefacts, documentation and reusable design patterns
  • Coach and guide delivery teams on solution design best practices and standards
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing technology decisions through clear, value‑led communication

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
