We are looking for a skilled Solution Architect (Technical) to join our Global Contract Logistics IT team. In this role, you will design and guide end-to-end Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing architectures. You will play a critical role in translating business needs into technical solutions while driving innovation, integration, and operational excellence across our global logistics landscape.
How you create impact
Design and deliver robust technical architecture blueprints, ensuring scalability, security, and long-term system integrity. Lead integration strategies across WMS and enterprise platforms (ERP, TMS, automation), enabling seamless data flow and performance. Drive solution quality through strong governance, testing frameworks, and resolution of technical defects and system issues. Support successful system implementations, including deployment, hypercare, and continuous optimisation. Champion innovation and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance system performance, scalability, and architecture standards.

What we would like you to bring
Strong hands-on experience with WMS systems (ideally Blue Yonder) in contract logistics or 3PL environment. Expertise in system architecture, integrations, data models, and technical solution design. Solid understanding of warehouse operations and end-to-end supply chain processes. Experience with testing frameworks, performance optimisation, and technical problem-solving. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
