Position Overview
You will be a highly confident and analytically minded individual with a data-oriented mindset. A level of experience with managing data model would be beneficial, but being “data curious” is the key requirement combined with real-world experience in the hospitality industry.
As a Solution Consultant, you will work closely with Fourth’s Customer Success team and existing customers to optimize the usage of current Ai tools and work closely with our Product team to support the Operational Acceptance Testing and wider knowledge sharing of new Ai capabilities. You will work with our Enterprise Sales team to highlight opportunities for large scale customers through maximised ROI by using Ai capabilities within the Fourth product suite.
You will partner with customers to understand their operations, identify opportunities for AI-enhanced forecasting and labour optimisation, and translate complex model outputs into clear, actionable recommendations. This is a highly collaborative, customer-facing role that requires both technical knowledge and understanding coupled with the ability to communicate with confidence at all levels of a business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
