Solution Delivery Specialist

Solution Delivery Specialist

The Solution Delivery Specialist is responsible for bridging the gap between technical delivery, customer onboarding, and business growth. This role combines advanced technical support expertise with customer-facing consultancy, presales support, solution implementation, and service transition activities.

Working closely with prospective and new customers, the successful candidate will support the technical sales process through discovery and solution design, lead customer onboarding projects, and ensure a seamless transition into managed services.


### Key Responsibilities

  • Attend customer discovery meetings and technical consultations.
  • Gather and assess customer technical requirements, business objectives, and existing IT infrastructure.
  • Recommend appropriate Microsoft, security, networking, and managed service solutions.
  • Lead and manage the onboarding of new managed service customers.
  • Conduct technical audits and assessments of customer environments.
  • Deliver implementation and migration projects across Microsoft technologies and managed service platforms.
  • Configure and support Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft Defender solutions.
  • Deploy and support Huntress and NinjaOne solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, documentation, and service delivery.

### Key Skills Required

  • Previous experience in a 2nd or 3rd Line Support Engineer role within an MSP.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Entra ID, Intune, and Defender.
  • Experience onboarding customers into managed services.
  • Presales and solution scoping experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable:

  • Halo PSA, NinjaOne, Huntress, networking, telephony, and connectivity experience.
