What we are looking for:
We’re searching for a senior-level solution designer who can confidently guide enterprise prospects through complex supply chain planning and design conversations. Someone who blends strong technical expertise with commercial instincts, acting as a trusted advisor who can diagnose challenges, architect solutions, and champion the Optilogic platform with confidence.
You thrive working with senior stakeholders, navigating fast-moving sales cycles, and translating nuanced operational requirements into compelling platform demonstrations. You’re comfortable leading with insight, simplifying complexity, and shaping value-driven solution strategies.
What you’ll do:
- Lead technical discovery and design
- Deliver high-impact demonstrations
- Serve as a trusted technical partner
- Lead workshops during the sales and customer success processes to design solutions for prospects and customers.
- Own best practices, implementation playbooks, and create reusable material to enable scaling of consultants and partners.
- Ensure smooth communication and handoff across sales and services for customer success.
- Support pre-sales cycles and assist with projects on the services team as needed.
- Collaborate with software development and product management teams to review and align design approaches.
- Work with Optilogic leaders to create and roll out product plans and technology roadmaps.

What you will need:
- 6 to 10+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, or customer-facing consulting.
- Demonstrated business acumen in leading and implementing supply chain core business processes.
- Solid background in supply chain planning, network design, optimization, simulation, or related mathematical modeling.
- Ability to interpret and manipulate data sets for demos and POCs (Excel, SQL, AI Leapfrog)
- Understanding of cloud architectures, API integrations, and modern SaaS ecosystems
- Exceptional communication: crisp, consultative, and able to drive a compelling narrative.
- High adaptability, comfortable operating in a fast-scaling, innovative environment.
- Strong problem-solving instincts and a bias for action.
- Ability to travel across EMEA as needed (estimated 20%-30%)
