Role Overview

We are seeking a Solution Developer, Merchandise Planning to build retail planning applications supporting merchandising and inventory decisions.

You will work closely with Product Owners to translate requirements into reusable solution components that ensure a robust technical framework as well as immediate business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop end-to-end solutions for buyers and merchandisers
  • Translate retail processes into system logic
  • Support testing, validation, and audit-ready outputs
  • Contribute to documentation, demos, and solution assets
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlog and priorities

Required Skills

  • 2–4+ years in retail planning or solution development
  • Familiarity with merchandising processes
  • Experience with planning platforms
