Job Description
You will bridge the gap between enterprise client needs and large language model technology by designing RAG and fine-tuning solutions. This role involves building production-ready infrastructure using vLLM and Kubernetes while leading proofs of concept. You will be instrumental in launching the company's AI presence across the European market while working between London and Germany.

What You Will Do
- Architect and deploy production LLM solutions including RAG, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering tailored to the trading and finance sectors.
- Build and maintain scalable model serving infrastructure using technologies like vLLM, Kubernetes, and specialized GPU clusters for enterprise-grade stability.
- Collaborate directly with European clients to run proofs of concept, gather requirements, and deliver production-ready AI systems that solve complex business problems.
The ideal candidate
- Possesses at least 5 years of experience building production software with specific, hands-on experience deploying LLMs using frameworks like vLLM or TGI.
- Demonstrates a strong background in client-facing roles such as pre-sales, solution architecture, or forward-deployed engineering within enterprise environments.
- Comfortable working across European and Chinese business cultures and is willing to travel regularly from London to Germany for business operations.
