Your mission

Own the deepest technical and functional product expertise across our product portfolio Provide second- line expertise to (Pre-) Sales, Professional Services (PS), Support, and CSM — serving as the go-to escalation point across all customer- facing functions Support complex and strategic sales cycles with technical deep- dives, advanced demonstrations, and proof-of-concept design Design, build, and maintain Python scripts and AI-powered tools to build business cases, accelerate pre- sales activities, and demonstrate advanced product capabilities Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept modules for new product functionalities in close collaboration with Product Management Spar with Product Management on roadmap topics, solution design, and feature specifications — and actively test new releases with structured feedback Build and lead product- specific expert communities to grow capability across other departments Ensure professional handover from the sales phase to delivery, including knowledge transfer to PS teams Contributet ol arge and strategic account activities requiring product- level depth

Your profile

Strong domain knowledge in logistics, supply chain planning, routing, and transport optimisation Pre- sales and solutioning experience. Skilled at building business cases and translating technical capabilities into measurable customer value. Analytical and commercial mindset. Structured communicator: comfort able presenting to technical and non- technical audiences alike Ability to design and build functional prototypes and compelling technical demonstrations Skilled trainer and community facilitator — you can transfer complex knowledge clearly and build lasting capability in others Product thinking: able to translate market and customer insights into structured product requirements and feature specifications Proficient in Pytho nprogramming — scripting, automation, data analysis, and AI/LLM tooling — used on a daily basis
