Within the assessment market, we are experts in providing solutions for online exam testing and marking and the management and analysis of educational data. We work with government ministries, exam boards, and professional awarding bodies for high stakes assessment such as GCSEs, A Levels, and professional qualifications. Each year, our software is used globally to conduct hundreds of thousands of on-screen tests and to mark millions of paper-based scripts. Responsibilities
Solution Ownership & Lifecycle Management
- Own the design, configuration, and performance of solutions across a portfolio of clients.
- Manage the solution lifecycle from discovery through delivery, adoption, and optimization.
- Ensure solutions are aligned to standards, good practice, and product capability.
Client Engagement & Guidance
- Act as a primary point of contact for solution-related discussions with client stakeholders.
- Provide clear, practical guidance on solution design, configuration options, and adoption approaches.
- Build strong working relationships that support confidence, clarity, and predictable delivery.

Delivery Support & Coordination
- Work closely with project managers, delivery teams, and technical specialists to ensure smooth, coordinated execution of the product release and deployment processes.
- Support the identification and management of delivery risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure delivery teams have clarity on scope, requirements, and expected outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned to roadmap direction.
- Provide structured feedback and insights to help shape product improvements.
- Support consistent application of solution governance and delivery practice.
Proactive Problem Solving
- Identify issues early and work with internal teams to drive timely resolution.
- Apply structured thinking to break down problems and propose practical solutions.
- Maintain momentum during uncertainty by seeking clarity, asking questions, and escalating appropriately.
Product Knowledge & Continuous Learning
- Develop a solid understanding of product features, configuration options, and constraints.
- Stay informed about new releases and updates to ensure clients benefit from evolving capability.
- Translate product detail into clear, actionable guidance for clients and colleagues.
Value Realisation & Adoption Support
- Support clients to achieve adoption and measurable value from the solution.
- Identify opportunities for optimization or enhancement within the existing solution footprint.
- Contribute to renewal and growth conversations by ensuring clients experience consistent success.

- Predictable, high-quality delivery across the client portfolio.
- Solutions that are stable, aligned, and well-governed.
- Strong client satisfaction and confidence in solution design and delivery.

- Experience in solution ownership, business analysis, consulting, or delivery roles.
- Strong understanding of solution design, configuration, and delivery fundamentals.
- Effective communication and relationship-building with client and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to coordinate across teams and maintain clarity of scope and requirements.
- Proactive problem solver with good analytical skills.
- Self-motivated learner with the ability to understand product capability and apply it effectively.
