Solution Sales Engineer - EMEA

Solution Sales Engineer (Cyber Asset Intelligence) – Global GTM Team

Context & Impact

As Lansweeper evolves into a broader Technology Asset and Network Intelligence platform—particularly following the Redjack acquisition—we’re scaling our Presales team to amplify our impact across IT, cybersecurity, and governance.

We seek a Solution Sales Engineer who merges commercial expertise, business storytelling, and technical credibility with deep knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and enterprise IT ecosystems. This role goes beyond delivering demos—you’ll collaborate to design strategic solutions addressing critical business challenges like cyber risk, visibility gaps, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Your work will directly shape how enterprises adopt Lansweeper, unlocking new cyber visibility and network intelligence use cases through Redjack’s technology.

Key Challenges

  • Transforming technical capabilities and business needs into strategic value propositions.
  • Navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with technical and business alignment.
  • Driving sales momentum through consultative discovery and clear value articulation.

Key Responsibilities

Discovery & Qualification

  • Uncover customer pain points in visibility, cyber hygiene, and governance.
  • Quantify business impact and map opportunities for Lansweeper’s platform (incorporating Redjack’s network intelligence).

Value Articulation

  • Engage IT teams and executives, positioning Lansweeper’s platform as the trusted foundation for:
    • Measurable ROI
    • Risk reduction
    • Operational efficiency
  • Connect technical capabilities to business outcomes across hybrid IT, cloud, and security landscapes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
