About the Role
Are you eager to play a critical role in advising on intralogistics and warehouse solutions? Prologis Essentials Operations is Prologis’ dedicated business line for turnkey warehouse setups, optimizations, and move-out processes across Europe—now expanding its commercial team in the UK.
You’ll act as the first point of contact for customers seeking warehouse solutions (£200K–£10M projects), collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and Prologis’ Solutions & Project Management teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end solutions.
Your Impact
Prologis Essentials offers comprehensive warehouse solutions—from racking, energy systems, and material handling to office fit-outs—simplifying complex transitions for customers moving in or out of industrial warehouses (including Prologis-owned properties). This role strengthens our UK team, a high-growth market for ** turnkey operations**.

Core Responsibilities
- Guide customers through move-in and move-out processes, offering tailored warehouse solutions (e.g., turnkey projects, optimisation, infrastructure upgrades)—both within and outside the Prologis portfolio.
- Own & close the full sales cycle: Identify leads, assess customer needs, present customised proposals, negotiate deals, and close transactions.
- Conduct high-impact customer meetings, seamlessly blending operational insight with persuasive solution pitches.
- Nurture customer relationships, upselling Essentials to existing sites or integrating new warehousing or logistics services.
- Stay ahead of industry trends—vendors, customer challenges, and emerging opportunities—to refine your solution-centered sales approach.
- Bridge internal teams (Leasing, Solutions Design, Project Management) for flawless execution.
- Engage partners (local brokers, stakeholders) to expand Essentials’ visibility and pipeline.
- Maintain robust CRM management (Salesforce) for pipeline tracking, reporting, and forecasting.
- Crush sales targets for your assigned regions/accounts—quarterly and annual targets.
- Collaborate with Essentials Solutions peers and your manager on regional strategy.

What We’re Looking For
Experience & Knowledge
- 5+ years in B2B sales, ideally in:
- Intralogistics
- Supply chain services
- Material handling
- Industrial warehouse infrastructure
- Proven track record in consultative selling—managing the entire sales cycle from discovery to closing.
- Operational warehouse insight, including:
- Material flow optimisation
- Storage & racking systems
- Infrastructure basics (lighting, equipment use) (Deep technical expertise is our teams’ domain—you’ll lead conceptual solution conversations)

- Exceptional communication:
- Persuasive presentation skills (on operations + solutions)
- Strong written/verbal articulation
- Cross-functional clarity (internal + customer-facing)
- Collaborative & accountable—owns projects, drives action, ensures rapid customer value delivery.
- Action-oriented CRM proficient—using tools like Salesforce for journey management.
- Fluent in English
- Willing to travel UK-wide
