Overview
Role Purpose
Drive new business and adoption of Graitec’s data‑centric software solutions across our customer base and into new prospects. Act as the Sales SME for data integration, automation, and connected workflows across Autodesk Cloud Tools and Graitec's Connect Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned ACV targets for Data Connect.
- Run value‑based sales cycles: discovery → proposals → negotiation → close.
- Identify and drive opportunities in the installed base in partnership with TAMs/SAMs.
- Educate teams/customers on Graitec solutions.
- Align customer requirements with Product and Technical teams.
- Support post‑sale adoption and identify expansion paths.
- Represent Data Connect in events, workshops, and webinars.
- Travel to meet clients throughout Europe.
KPIs & Expected Outcomes
- ACV new business.
- Opportunity creation within existing base.
- Conversion rate, velocity, forecasting accuracy.
- Adoption and usage milestones post‑sale.
- CRM data accuracy.
Responsibilities
- +7 years experience in AEC/BIM/Construction tech solution selling.
- Fluency in English; French/Spanish/German beneficial.
- Comfortable operating across UK/FR/ES/DE markets.
- Willingness to travel.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of AEC workflows, data management, or Autodesk ecosystem.
- Consultative selling skills and strong discovery capabilities.
- Ability to articulate technical value in business terms.
- Strong pipeline and CRM hygiene.
- Collaborative mindset across matrix teams.

On Target Earning Pay Range For This Role
- Role Targeted Variable Pay Mix: 40%
- Minimum Annual On Target Earning: 60k GBP
- Maximum Annual On Target Earning: 120K GBP
