About the Role
The AI infrastructure market is evolving rapidly, demanding a commercial partner fluent in the complex needs of customers across EMEA—from early-stage European startups to global enterprises. As a Principal Solution Specialist for Infrastructure, EMEA, you will:
- Design frameworks for large infrastructure commitments
- Negotiate commercial terms fortified for long-term value
- Develop playbooks guiding partners in closing complex deals
- Drive alignment across CoreWeave’s teams (technical, financial, product, marketing)
This role sits at the core of EMEA deal strategy: bridging customer expertise and commercial execution.
Responsibilities
Deal Execution
- Own the full lifecycle of high-stakes infrastructure deals—from initial architecture and term negotiation to contract execution and account expansion.
- Structure complex commitments to meet multinational enterprises’ needs: long-term compute and networking agreements, AI platform integration, and sovereign AI programs.
Commercial Strategy & Deal Framework
- Design pricing models, term structures, and deal frameworks tailored to EMEA’s regulatory, financial, and operational demands.
- Ensure alignment on SLA frameworks, ramp schedules, and cost predictability while addressing GDPR, EU AI Act requirements, and data residency pressures.

Cross-Team Collaboration
- Partner with global product specialists (Core Services, AI Runtime, Data Services) to build cohesive deal proposals.
- Work directly with EMEA customers’ executive leadership and procurement teams for signal hygiene and contract finalization.
Playbook & Instruction Development
- Share domain expertise with the EMEA field team, developing:
- Term negotiation frameworks
- TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) models
- Regional competitive positioning materials
Knowledge Generated Uniquely in EMEA
- Benchmark AI infrastructure trends across SMEs, enterprises, and sovereign markets back to global product and engineering teams.
Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years in enterprise infrastructure sales/deal structuring (cloud providers, hyperscalers, hyperscale operators).
- 5+ years organizing high-value infrastructure deals with exposure to AI/ML, AI runtime, and HPC.
- Deep industry knowledge of EMEA-specific procurement practices for AI companies:
- nuo–SMEs to global enterprises
- Legal/regulatory: EU AI Act, GDPR, and data residency compliance
- Commercial: Cross-border contracting, certification, and sovereign procurement.
- Executive-level negotiation fluency across tech vehicles, FI (financial institutions), and state AI programs.
- Technical proficiency in GPU infrastructure, Kubernetes, or data center machinery.
Preferred:
- Deal desk or strategic accounts experience (preferably in AWS/Gojre Cloud/Azure).
- Background in AI infrastructure consulting or potential turnkey AI services. Proven track record with:
- GPUs (NVIDIA A100/H100, etc.)
- HPC, cloud, and/or AI platform negotiations.
- Direct exposure to EMEA’s VAT structures, cross-continent collaboration, and buy-in demands across sovereign procurement.
