Job Summary
As a Solutions Analyst at Introhive, you will play a foundational role in supporting our go-to-market team, working closely with our Solutions Consulting, Sales, and Customer Success functions to help deliver outstanding outcomes for customers and prospects.
This is a role designed for someone with strong technical aptitude, curiosity, and an interest in AI and emerging technologies. The successful candidate will develop deep product knowledge, gain a strong understanding of our customers’ needs, and have the opportunity to grow into a customer-facing Solutions Consultant position over time.

Job Responsibilities
Open to candidates in the Greater London Area.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain demo assets — Create, configure, and keep current the demo environments and assets for our Solutions Consulting and Sales teams.
- Support RFP and proposal processes — Assist in sourcing, interpreting, and articulating technical, security, and privacy details in response to prospect and client requests.
- Manage knowledge bases — Own the organisation and ongoing maintenance of internal knowledge resources, ensuring content is accurate, accessible, and up to date.
- Become an Introhive platform power user — Develop a thorough understanding of how our product works, how it integrates with other systems, and what problems our customers are trying to solve.
- Contribute new technology perspectives — Actively bring ideas grounded in AI, automation, emerging tools, and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Collaborate across GTM and Product teams — Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting and Product teams to support the full customer and prospect lifecycle.
- Shadow senior Solutions Consultants — Develop technical, business, and customer-facing skills.
- Travel — Attend company events and visit clients as needed.
What You'll Bring
- CRM familiarity — Exposure to or hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, and an understanding of how they integrate with third-party tools.
- API and integration awareness — A working understanding of APIs, data flows, and how modern SaaS applications connect and communicate.
- AI and automation fluency — You are comfortable with AI and automation tools and actively follow what is emerging.
- Security and privacy fundamentals — A foundational understanding of information security concepts, data privacy requirements, and compliance frameworks.
- Reporting tools — Experience with or exposure to tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a strong asset.
- Strong communication skills — Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an interest in growing presentation and client-facing capabilities over time.
- Collaborative and team-oriented — A collaborative, team-oriented approach, with comfort operating in a support and execution capacity while contributing meaningfully to shared goals.
- Highly organized — Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A continuous learner — An openness to mentorship, feedback, and continuous development.

Experience
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience (technical, pre-sales, consulting, or SaaS-adjacent roles).
- Prior experience or exposure to B2B SaaS environments is an asset.
