We're looking for a Solutions Architect to join our Information Systems team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital landscape. You'll design scalable, secure and user-focused solutions that connect systems, improve data flow, and support our teams to deliver the best possible outcomes.
The Role
As our Solutions Architect, you'll be responsible for designing end-to-end system solutions, ensuring new technologies align with our wider architecture, integration standards, and strategic goals. You'll work closely with operational leaders, product owners, suppliers, and technical teams to create solutions that are intuitive, efficient, and future-ready.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing and maintaining our target systems architecture
- Leading solution design across business-critical platforms
- Defining integrations, APIs, and data flow standards
- Providing architectural guidance and technical assurance for projects
- Ensuring solutions meet security, governance, and compliance requirements
- Identifying opportunities for automation, AI, and data-driven improvement
- Supporting technology selection, procurement, and implementation activities

What We're Looking For
Essential
- Experience designing end-to-end system architectures
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, integrations, APIs, and data flows
- Experience working across multiple SaaS platforms
- Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Knowledge of cyber security, data governance, and change control principles
Desirable
- Microsoft 365 and Azure experience
- Power Platform experience
- Knowledge of data modelling and automation technologies
- Experience within a regulated, care, education, or healthcare environment
