Role Overview
Position: Solutions Architect Location: London (Hybrid – on-site & remote) Salary: Up to £85,000 + car allowance + bonus + benefits
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to analyse business needs and design innovative solutions.
- Translate complex requirements into robust, scalable software architectures.
- Lead and mentor development teams to adopt best practices and high standards.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, ensuring cutting-edge solutions.
- Bridge the gap between technical and business teams for seamless delivery.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Solutions Architect, with a focus on software development.
- Preference for candidates with experience or current involvement in financial services consulting.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, consulting environment with a commitment to client outcomes.
- Ability to design and implement high-performance, scalable systems.
- Strong communications skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
